What would a settlement with Virgin cause?

- (as you said) Settlement would be a victory over Microsoft due to the fact that Microsoft built the Virgin MegaStore System and actually has it as a Case Study on the Microsoft Business Web Site.

- It would prejudice suit against Airclick, Scanbuy and LScan in a positive way.

- It would also improve Neom's basis of negotiation in Europe. Even if patents in Europe wouldn't be protectet, companies like Digital Rum would be interested in a co-operation with Neom, because the US-market will follow instantly after a success in Europe. Neom could say: Let's make a contract for Europe and later we co-operate on the US-market.
