Babe Ruth might have held the home run record fow many years, but I recall he whiffed quite a bit getting there.

How can we afford new wells if we can't complete the previous ones? I'm sure there's a legit game plan behind this. But I don't know what it is. It would be nice to see how Illinois fits into the bigger picture.
