Great posts, Facts! I too visit the Platinum board, but rarely post as I'm sure I'd be banned in an instant. For a board that claims to want information, they restrict themselves to posts overflowing with optimistic ignorance rather than those that state the plain ol' truth.

I do have some comments on seismic, however. Mineral exploration/mining companies rarely if ever conduct seismic studies. In my professional experience as an exploration geologist, I've only ever encountered one instance and it was specifically carried out to locate faults and determine the depth of valley fill adjacent to a gold mine in Nevada -- and that was back in the 70s.

Seismic is a geophysics tool used primarily by the oil and gas industry. I think for the most part, it is a fairly expensive technique. We prefer to use magnetics, gravity, IP, etc. because they provide more in the way of useful data.

However, as far as 'deposits' like the one purported to be at Skull Valley go (unconsolidated gravels in pits rather than a lode deposit), a shallow seismic study such as NMC recently contracted, may be more common. I really don't know as I am less familiar with those sorts of properties.

As for your statements on resources and reserves - pretty good. I'd only add that adequately spaced drilling and sampling are the primary steps in estimating resources and reserves.

Keep it up! This is a fascinating narrative.
