The more I think about this selling online, the more it doesn't appeal to me. I don’t think they should sell online as that would compete with their retailers. The purpose of sponsoring a car would be to introduce the 75 million fans in NASCAR that STP now has tools and automotive accessories. Black and Decker does not sell online nor do any major tool brands.
Let the retailers do the selling, no inventory to carry and no warehousing associated costs and no delivery charges.
Makes good logic to me.
