call it moronic, but he's done it before with pretty sweet results (track his posts against the share price). people tend to fall for his pump and dump strategies based on his spurious aura of an "insider." if you believe this guy, than you must believe the real MBB actually gives the fake MBB valuable (and illegal) information ahead of time.

who do you trust? a wall street CEO with loads of his own cash invested in an emerging energy company
