The following is a paragraph from a letter to me from JWJ Associates, Inc., who represent Rich in soliciting proxies for the issuance of the new shares:

"It is important to understand that the Company does not need to raise any money at this time, however, if an opportunity presented itself to acquire additional projects or another company for shares, Tara would have that flexibility."

A Proxy Statement was in the letter for me to sign and mail, complete with a stamp. I did.
