alea, Dell FDE volume would definitely be in the millions/Q, because they already sell 10M enterprise notebooks/year. I could be a little off on that but didn't SKS just use the 10M/year Dell laptops number in the SRA presentation, indicating that if 10% upgraded to FDE that would be 1M? And that would just be notebooks....desktop FDE is coming soon. Dell does something like 35M PCs/yr. and it's somewhere on the order of 80% enterprise, so if FDE is standardized in Dell enterprise machines, that could be upwards of 30M machines/year.

And what's good about FDE becoming standard is that by then the price for the FDE hardware would included in the price of the machine. While it could be some time before that happens, the price while FDE remains an option will come down, making it all the easier to buy, which will help Wave all the more.
