I might ask why does any instituion play down here. Differnt investment philosophies. If I had instituional type money I wouldn't bother with SCRA not with 30,000 other stocks to invest in. Everyone has different skills and sees value in different places but i don't think the majority of institutions would have a stomach for this and so I don't find it so unreasonable that not many are interested. When the bk decision is in and we get warrants, which I think is the most likely scenario, the instituional buyer will fight over them and make the patient holders of the risky commons very happy..gl
