Looks to me like INSN may get a lil cheaper.. according to L-2
I did put a buy in @ .0001,, With the last PR being 2 years ago & with weak volume,, most seasoned investors will stay away..
Not many even know about insn.. Also
i dont believe Etrade is NSSed on INSN..
Etrade is under alot of scrutiny now as are alot of other brokers and MMs..
The SEC is aware of the NSS problems,, Tons of exposure concerning the issue..
I am here because i was spammed 4 xs concerning insn..
Not trying to diminish hopes, just giving imho..

btw,, imo charts are useless on penny stocks.
News Volume & L-2 are best.,
IF charts say screaming buy & No News or Volume or Intrest or Filings,, then pps not going anywhere except south
