Most bashing is done to lower, drive down pps. The lower the pps goes the more dilution becomes necessary for the company to raise the same amount of money. Dilution becomes the trader's favorite and most effective rant.

It is to block that attempt that I spend most of my posts on.

As you know, I blame electronic, instant trading by a whole bunch of traders dumping at the same time to be largely responsible for beginning the process that leads to dilution.

We both know that traders try to get in a pos'n to be able to trade in millions of shares, so that a simple upward tick--assuming volume is adequate--makes them their daily, small, profit.

Once dilution starts, for almost any reason, the company is fighting against the current.
