Don't think so. PERT has been consistently selling day in and day out for some time. They have quite likely provided most of the sell volume. If PERT is selling for the original shell holders, Feb 1 they had about 2.5 to 3M shares left to sell. They must be getting close to being done. When they are, the price will recover very quickly, imo.
