Thats another real simple question:

RE:why would they do it soo quick though? didnt they recently hvave one?

Because they have sold almost all of the 4 billion authorised shares.... Now they have two choices.... Raise the AS? or................... Reverse split!

Reverse split is the better choice for a company looking to raise the cash and line their pockets!
