Since the name used on the blog attacking the company appears to have been lifted and stolen, a lawsuit probably would do no good. Quite frankly, there is no Albany Journal that wrote such an article and the name listed on it most likely is not the author. No need for legal action is present because the blog is what it is -- a simple anonymous post that means nothing more than if one of us posted it here. Someone just made a Google account, set up a blog, posted a message. There's no credibility to it, no real names, no real company names, etc.
