when I was on ST's message board way back in the summer of 2006 he started to mention this stock (NNRI) and how he thought it had potential, at this time the stock was extrememly cheap. Since NNRF was located in ST's new home town I felt he might have an connection to this company.
Of course the stock shot up to $10 and the action was on. ST had on his site how an older couple had invested and made a fortune for their retirement.
As time went on ST was still promoting NNRI and stating how he felt $10 was just the start and promoted this stock as a buy all the way down to this price.
Somebody on this board was able to find out that ST was a consultant for NNRI , a fact that Richard never mentioned until after that discovery. TA people knew that Richard's recommendations were not founded in the charts , I believe that these two factors have "tarnished" his rep.
In regards to PR reports , companies hands are really tied on what they can say, basically they can only state the facts. I know over the last six months or so that the company has had a couple of PR statement which in my opinion were really a rehash from where they are. In closing i know that to have these PR statements it can be rather expensive (not sure if this is the case here. )
