So far, ever since the first week of Jan '08, I tried to contact the company 3 times by e-mail without any response. Yesterday (Tuesday) I called and the phone rang for about 10 rings, picked up and then the line went dead. (I called back and got the same thing.)

If TIDE is up to something, I do not --- or should I say, I no longer believe it will be useful to investors.
