** They are presenting at the homeland security conference on 3/30.
** They are expecting substantial net income in the coming quarters, and with their low shares outstanding, EPS will be impressive.

From 3/12 earnings release:
Our current expectations for our second quarter ending June 30, 2004 are for revenue of approximately $14 million to $22 million with net profit ranging from approximately break-even to a profit of approximately $500,000. This wide range is due primarily to the uncertain timing of a single anticipated large transaction with a Texas public school district that is awaiting federal government funding approval. The timing of that approval may influence second quarter results, as well as the following two quarters, but that approval is not assured and therefore we provide a range of possible results that covers both possibilities. Looking further out, we currently expect revenue for our third quarter ending June 30, 2004 to be roughly $17 million to $25 million with net profit ranging from roughly $300,000 to $900,000. The broad range of possible results is again dependent upon the outcome of the expected large school district transaction that is contingent upon federal government funding approval. The significant improvement in expected profitability in the third quarter is due to both expected increased revenue and expected improved margins related primarily to recently announced partner profit enhancement programs by Cisco Systems, Inc. that we expect will result in improved gross and net margins in our Internetwork Experts, Inc. subsidiary.
Solid DD combined with timeliness and conviction is a recipe for profits.
