Ipre Hugo Chavez - Venezuelan president is threatening to cut off oil sales to the states - States uses 10% oil from Venezuela - oil plays tomorrow should be interesting, even in the pennies. RNCH, PWDR, SGGC - I'll look for more tonight or if anybody has any oil plays post them
