Good deal... So you're holding six months/year for a few bucks to make your year or much longer for a true investment...?

As I stated on another board I held Point for almost a year, years back, to pull 200k on 50k shares at roughly in @ 2 out @ 6... Flipped it a lot lower through the years on momentum plays. Point had turned into a shell, especially after their last failed phase 3 trials. Although their phase 1&2 trials were good and showed promise...

It's an excellent move for Dara Bioscience without the expense. Now they are listed NASDAQ... They have money, privately held, investors, development/research firm, medical industry, patent rights, etc., etc...
