hey i happen to think emachines are pretty good.

they get the job done and they are very cheap.

I can fix most of the problems (if any) myself so from my perspective, why pay more than i need to?


for laptops I got this one:

mine was a fully loaded 8550

Now they are doing the 8560's...

500 mb ram, 20 gb hd, 800 mhz hardware video board, 100baseT ethernet and more....

damn good laptops this company makes!
