Skier I would suggest that you drop in unannounced on your next visit to HISS. I believe that when they know you are coming they just look busy as you walk in the door.

It may be like this: Brian says to Ian ‘Skier is coming so grab a CT and look for a screwdriver and be screwing a connector onto the CT’. Brian then says ‘Troy for gods sake help Ian find a screwdriver’. Brian then says to Mary Lou ‘Mary Lou grab the bills out of the trash can and start thumbing thru them as though they were orders, kind of like you did in those photos we took of you for our blog’. Brian then says ‘I’ll dust off my desk and have that concerned look as though I so many irons in the fire, like which order do I fill first.’ I think he got this from George in one of the Seinfeld segments.
