Danny: It seems to me we need to know how many shares of STEH there are at the time of distribution. Does anyone know for certain what the count will be. I sure don't. Another point is will the following distribution be based on the number of shares outstanding at that distribution time and so on.
That is just another thing we will learn on the March 31/April 1 time frame.
