You seem to not understand how our government works as you keep on posting it. Do you have short term memory loss? Now repeat after me - the republicans have over 40 senators in the Senate and prevent bills from coming to the floor and voting on them. Hence a bill does not get passed.

There is a reason for this and even you will understand it during this election year.
