I would imagine that Tom is aware of the fact that most people "investing" in his company at this point are not going to be around once they're able to get out of this with some profit. Especially at this point because so many people are anxious and just want to break even. I doubt he is that concerned about appeasing the type of investors that are in this right now. If I were him, I would resume with my business in the manner that I know will benefit the company the most...not the dillweed holding a couple of million shares that won't be around later anyway. I know this sounds bad, but he is a businessman. As far as those concerned about this being a scam, from what I can tell the man has too many connections and a reputation on the line to throw that away on a penny stock scam. But what the hell do I know.
