It is my belief that the oil/gas deal is not going into DCTN but into another company that the principles of DCTN are involved in.

There is a company on the pink sheets called Stafford Ventures, Inc (SFDV). This is where I believe the oil/gas deal is being put when it happens. This is not a bad thing because everything is tied together with the same people involved in both. I believe their success depends on all of their ventures and Stafford is one. This company rarely trades and the shares are held very tightly by the principles. It is my belief that the oil/gas deal will go there to add value to that company which will benefit the principles who are providing the necessary funding for DCTN as well. I see nothing wrong with them making that company more solid if it increases the chances/opportunities for them to place cash in Delta.

Things are beginning to look pretty good for us gang. I am encouraged that Delta has no plans to further dilute the shares on us. I like the fact they are putting deals in both companies that only strengthens them overall. I like the fact they are being more cautious in coming out of this "restructuring" and making sure everything is in place before they announce things. I think all of this sets the stage for us to see some significant growth very soon in DCTN.

The latest "rumors" indicate there are more deals on the table for us right now. I think this only shows that Delta has a solid plan in place and those involved are very confident in Deltas ability to bring these plans to fruition. Yes, things are looking very good here.

All my opinion here but I feel very good about things right now.

Good luck to us all.
