That nominee buys the shares for whatever price, like you said, below .0001 for sure.
The nominee then sells the shares on the market.
Depending on the nominees broker, the nominee either sold at .0001 or sold at market which could have been .00005 or whatever. I'm more inclined to believe the nominee sold at .0001, but it could have been less.
The mms pick it up under .0001 whether it's the nominee or one of us who have a broker that lets you sell at market. The mm then sells the shares to whomever at .00009 which looks like .0001 to us, .00019, which looks like .0002 to us, or simply .0001.
The issue here is the Reg. D nominee who bought these 50 million shares. I am sure it can be traced back to the gang with a little due diligence.
This is a Delaware corporation, shareholders can make demands for corporate records. I will post a message on how to do that.
