caymans, what you don't understand is that the as and os are MAXED out. there are no more shares to issue. cornell has no shares to sell at this time. none. why? because the company has none to issue. no movement has been taken to raise the as. this is an otcbb company, so raising the as takes a bit of time (a few months), so in the meantime, this stock is totally sewn up. of the 595mil shares in the os, 395mil are restricted. that leaves 200mil shares, which are mostly in small investors hands. do you understand what that means? when we get news, it will blow the lid off the stock and send it to multiple pennies quickly. ofcourse, you will miss the boat if you are waiting for this to go to .001
