I have followed this stock since the first CC in November 2003, before it was IGII, and before it was IBIN. If you read through the posts on the board I mentioned, you will see that the company has outright lied, fraudulently promoted its ownership of another company, and materially misrepresented its earnings. In fact, in a SEC filing in about April 2004 the company admitted it lied to investors.

The earnings are a joke. The company has built up tremendous amounts of accounts receivables that I highly doubt will ever get paid to them.

If you look at a recent SEC filing you will note that they revised their earnings downward for I believe 2005 and 2006. IOW they published what appear to be false earnings.

I have spoken to the Rivers (CEO) personally and can tell you that my impression was he is a crook.

IBIN is absolute garbage, as is the scum management. My personal opinion is that it is virtually worthless as it seems any and all income coming into the company by one means or another ends up in the pocket of Rivers, his friends, associates, and family.

It is a terrible investment.
