The upsweeps of the SAR hit the Down trend at <midpoint> you can almost count on an almost equal amount of downtrend past the point of intersection. So I must gather that the time to set up for the buy in essense after the intersection of the (para sar) downtrend plus and equal amount..thereabouts.
