Selling a bottle of water in any country for .10 USD would not be profitable or worth any companies time to develop contracts. It may not be "as much" as here in the US, but .10 is ridiculous.

Just got back from Jamaica last week. One of the worst economies around (aside from tourism) and bottled water there was $2.00

The .10 bottles your friend is buying is probably the refilled tap water scam ;) JMO
