I agree. He is obviou8sly not part of the intelligensia in Bolivia based upon his lack of mastery of anything approaching as command of the English language. I'm taking a wait and see attitude as to whether Petty can make it happen. Obviously the company is having problems with the new website. Hope the letter weill clear up a lot of questions when it is posted.
