They're very involved with Orbit Brands; check the OBBCQ board for info, and read the Pacer documents; according to Pacer, Orbit Brands is due in court this week with a Motion to Dismiss the Chapter 11. Bornstein and Townsend of Malibu Entertainment Group is a subsidiary of Orbit Brands Crop., and there is a new Malibu Entertainment website under construction; hopefully, it is MEG and possibly there still is a chance that something good will turn out for the shareholders of OBBCQ who currently had its registration revoked by the SEC.
