This is public record open to all from the Los Angeles Superior Court and anyone investing in the stock might want to know it. Please keep in mind that several of the people that are mentioned on the web page are said to be among the nay sayers on this board. Earlier suggestions that one of the nay sayers is Phil Restifo (listed prominently below) was agreed by the one accused.

The lawsuit filed by Royal Spring Water was for Fraud.

The lawsuit is decided. RSPG won. Defaults have been filed and the true up comes on March 10, 2008. The losers listed on the Los Angeles Superior Court public web page are:

These are real losers according to the Los Angeles Superior court. No wonder some of these guys hate RSPG’s management.
