I have a mac also but what you can do is download "songbird" they have a Mac version then type in the browser music.qtrax.com and it will work "sort of fooling the system".
you might have to login first, but i dont think so..
The 89,000+ users doesn't make sense because today it didn't work at all and when it got back online all of a sudden there were again the 89,000 users. Sounds fishy to me!
