If i remember correctly, the next court hearing in NY was scheduled for February 19th, however, that was before the shakeup at the last meeting. Mike termed the last hearing as a "non-event" (see the press release), but I don't know how the future hearing schedule was affected.

How much longer can a decision be delayed on this? Come on already...
