Well regardless of anything else being said on this board,The fact of the matter is Baltia has raised sufficient capital to move foward, the key to this is the approval from the DOT...Which from What I am being told is going smoothly, but then again that is coming from the companies top people, I doubt they would tell me the Dot is not going to happen But then again if Blta was not so confident they would say no comment...I have been at the forefront for the last 8 months, and other than taking longer than said, Baltia has done what they have said they would do...so far!!!
