there are essentially NO shares available to short, last check there was less than 1m shares.. so in order to short 550m they would have to create "phantom" shares, we all know what those are.. there is NO way that would be done with COPI and Co in 100% control of ALL preferred..

so they short 550m shares that don't exist, Dean pulls ALL the preferred in and what happen then.. oops!

hedges are NOT that dumb..
