(Pink Sheets: CPRK) to provide services in the areas of information dissemination and financial assistance. Alexander Lindale L.L.C. will provide services for one year and will charge $150,000 to be paid in either stock or cash. Alexander Lindale L.L.C. retains the right to hire third-party contractors and consultants to assist in the performance of its duties.
