Your thoughts on the matter certainly seems to represent the mindset of the market-makers who brazenly carry out the daily illegal manipulative trades of TMMI.

Mr. Fernandez was very clear in his news release with respect to contacting the SEC and the flooding of illegal stock into the open market certainly came to an abrupt halt when continued attempts even after this news release was issued.

I guess time will tell if my suspicions are correct when the civil matters are finished with in Nevada.
