I still doubt the authenticity of this report. The red flags I see are:

1. If the translation was done by aurus (rather than TsNgri) how did the seal get on the translated copy.
2. Significant differences in the signatures of Mr Romanchuk found in the Russian summary http://www.auruscorp.com/Doc1.pdf and new English version http://www.auruscorp.com/Doc2.pdf
