Hi new to awyi with 1 million shares
Anybody have any ideas on what the two step closing processes are for the limetruck and syrei deals.

Any idea how these deals are going to be financed????

The debt has been converted to restricted shares as opposed revenue paying off debt.Im scratching my head wondering where finance is coming from for new deals espeically the syrei deal.
Any comments appreciated
