That has to do with money's due scra from GE capital for going through arbitration case for control of the ge seaco. This has nothing to do with exit financing. The arbitration ruling with regards to recouping arb. money is expected within weeks with GE submitting their figures to arbitrator by a deadline of feb 11th.
