Back at ya. You missed the whole point. Do you think the people working on site now are working for free( the ones assembling the plant that you can clearly see on the video) ? Those employed at radio/tv stations work for free ? Look at the whole picture. 1/4-1/2 of that obligation may have already been met ? Employed means just that, employed. Those people paid by Perihelion for services rendered. You imply that the figure of 100 comes after the completion of the plant. I am of a different opinion.
