don't know BUT 14 Billion / 1000 = 14 Million so ALL SHARE HOLDERS TOGETHER (ALL 14 Billion SHARES) have a TOTAL OF 14 MILLION out of NOW A 950 MILLION AS (that is if it does not change again !!)................ thats not EVEN 10% ..........LESS THEN 2% for ALL THE LONGS HERE......> but go ahead and BUY BUY BUY as the other people have said, buy a million for 100 and it will be worth 1000.00
