I've been through about 5, all failures. Although good ones are rare, a "good" R/S is one whereas the price stabilizes after the split, rather than drops as normal. The main good point to a R/S is the share count is decreased, making movement possibilities more likely as far as I'm concerned.

I feel that if they have a product, sales, and profit, as well as a stable and honest staff; then we can only win by an increased PPS.

(Note: This may all be wrong, I'm not too experienced either in investing, but from what I've learned, that is my personal take. Haha.)
