Hey all, just added this to my watch list. May pick some up this week. Any thoughts here about part of the buyback PR that says "PRIVATE", see below:

The Company, which has close to 370 million shares outstanding, said it will buy back stock on the open market or in private transactions and retire them to treasury.

Plus, PinkSheets is showing O/S on 1-18-08 of 410,983,321, anyone know what it was last fall?
