Well, becasue once the Deal is announced, the MM's are going to make a killing selling them @ 10x the price it is now. So good luck trying to get any, the last 2 days trading, or lack of it shows to me there is something in the works. Hopefully you can pick some up quickly, and cheaply. If the deal is really done, 500-600% gain in the first day is not out of the question here.
