I actually spoke with Mr Allred (President) of CPRK and Wilf Blum (promoter) at Wilf's office in January. We spoke for about three hours and Wilf showed me a lot of ore samples and a few assay reports. I will admit that things look very good here...and I do have shares of CPRK that I purchased around $.06

My only concerns are first and foremost Wilf mentioned they are looking at selling out to a large mining company for stock....my second concern is that there is currently 500,000,000 S/O even though many of them are restricted. Wilf suggested that in January when we spoke there were only about 10 Million shares in the market. Hence the large run up IMO...If he get's his way the company is going to be re-authorized for 2B shares. That's right (2B)...That being said most of them would still be restricted. It is my understanding they are doing this becuase the purchase of UWCC was primarily done in stock. CPRK really doesn't have any money that I have been able to verify...

Anyway this is specifically a speculation play for me. Wilf and Mr Allred suggested they were in the process of bringing on big International investors and hoped to get the stock between $1-$2 by end of year 2008. If the float stays low I see that as possible. I don't know that it will. If you look at Wilf's history he has been involved with two other companies. One Pink went bankrupt, DPBM has 500,000 O/S of which many are restricted, but have still been borrowed and sold to the market for funding operations. They are currently trading under $.01/share...

Not saying this isn't a good play...just trying to warn people it is extremely speculative...GLA
