Mezz, it might be fun to see but the receiver, the person who would be filing that lawsuit and enforcing the judgment, already has the power she needs to go after their assets.

Allstate - It is the SEC who sued, won, and filed in those states. I'd like to see USXP the corporation sue them too, perhaps in NY State court.
