i'm sure mike has no objection to the addition of more trees if it means the approval of the project.

they would help aesthetically. for example, this proposed image could benefit tremendously from the addition of trees along the entire edge of the proposed riverfront trail. coniferous trees, ones which would block the factory throughout the year.

one thing to consider though is that trees take some time to grow. the tranformation wouldn't be instantaneous.
