Thank you Finbar. From where we sit, it

can look like this could be a problem.

However, it's my understanding that the two major obstacles in exiting from bankruptcy have been resolved: 1} the arbitration case with GE Sea Co; and 2} a settlement with the pension funds.

They must have had financing in place to settle this latter situation.

Both critical issues are now behind them. Certainly other things have to be settled as well, but the ability or inability to be refinanced has not been mentioned.
